ABN AMRO Bank when operating in Greece, awarded KN Group the creation of its new credit card department on the 7th floor of its existing offices. KN Group not only devised a great workplace interior design but also applied its pragmatic and innovative expertise, taking care of every aspect of the project.
This was a challenging project as the total fit out of the additional 750 sqm space, transforming it from a cold shell condition (including HVAC system, plumbing and restrooms) to fully furnished offices had to be completed within 30 days during the primary holiday season of August without interrupting the bank’s normal day to day operations.
For example, when necessary, cranes were used to transfer required materials from the outside to the 7th floor to ensure the banks’ daily operations were not compromised. As part of this project a number of works were executed to create the new space including: the use of internal partitioning and drop ceilings, the installation of raised floors, the fitting of lighting, electrical and data cabling, access control and network closets.
KN Group’s experience in commercial spaces and results orientation ethos combined with its emphasis on quality, ensured that ABN AMRO’s requirements were met on time and on budget.
