KN Group was awarded for Royal Bank of Scotland in Athens the project to carry out the office fit-out works on the 4th and 5th floor of the bank’s premises with the view to gradually consolidate space on a single floor. The rolling nature of this project, with various cycles of moving/consolidating people and re-configurating the available space was a challenging aspect of this project while it was crucial to maintain intact the customer-facing operations of the bank. KNGroup’s space planning and interior design expertise ensured the project was executed smoothly meeting all client requirements.

The final design of the 5th floor included the construction of a teller / vault room to serve the corporate clients of the Bank, the creation of a reception desk & customer waiting area, meeting and conference rooms as well as manager’s offices and other back-office functions. Internal partitioning was used to maximize the use of the space and new electrical and cabling installations were fitted to support the new workplace design.
