Design that works

Expanding our group’s diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, we embraced neurodiversity in the workplace.

We want an inclusive workplace where neurodiversity is celebrated and accepted. By continuous training raising awareness and acceptance of neurodiversity, by openly discussing neurodiversity and reducing the stigma attached to it, we want to ensure that our neurodivergent colleagues are treated fairly and work in conditions that allow them to showcase their exceptional skills.

Our team embraced with enthusiasm this effort. We participate every year in the Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we sponsor organizations that promote diversity, and we  actively participate in the formulation of initiatives supporting neurodiversity like:

-the “Inclusive school day – JEI23” realized at Lycée Franco-Hellénique Eugène Delacroix - LFHED

-the “Inclusive school week – SEI24” realized at Lycée Franco-Hellénique Eugène Delacroix

-the educational program “Are all equal? We are all equal” implemented by the Network for Children's Rights (approved by the Institute of Educational Policy [IEP] and the Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs and Sports)

The initiative is an ongoing process that we annually develop and upgrade.
