KN Group_Design that works has realized the office design for the contact center services of a leading streaming platform in Athens, Greece. Inspired by the company's database we used ¨Retro-Future¨ as a reference for materials, shapes and colors to be used. The interior is designed to bridge work areas and areas for social interaction just as the company do with their customers, connecting people around the world with the same needs while sitting at their home sofa.
Images of the company's productions throughout the interior and of course the red carpet installation around the working space were used allowing staff to immerse themselves in various scenes as the final users they support daily all over the world. Finally, sofas with marble textures, armchairs for one2one interaction surrounded by plant-shaped acoustic room dividers and columns with games, quotes and images were incorporated to boost the cinematographic atmosphere of the space.
Using colors based on their well known branding and varied textures like corrugated poly-carbonate panels, foil fabric, mirrors and metal sheets, based on movie-related themes from different periods, we managed to transform a traditional contact center to a space that promotes the company's core values of Inclusion, Passion, Innovation and Communication.
